    What's happening and why ??

On another topic, I'm thinking about lunch in Reefton via Lewis on either the 24th if weather look ok (or 31st as a backup date) this month. They be Saturdays. Anyone interested in a cruise there without breaking any speed limits ?

Might start a new thread closer to the day.
Thinking it would be 8:30am depart from the Peg for lunch about mid day at the Bakery/Cafe first on the left.
I would be keen for a ride to reefton. i love the lewis pass. I think you have a perfectly valid point about the wed night ride. I don't go on them anymore neither does JM.

With all of the above not working, it sounds like a blown fuse. You might have a squashed wire somewhere as a result of your off road adventures which has killed it.

If you need someone who's not scared of lectric stuff to have a look give me a yell.

Briefly back on my soapbox, what do our newer riders want, expect, need that causes them to join WNR?? Come on you newbies, take a risk and tell us.
Only thing that has been stopping me is that I've been told to keep clear of group rides until I am comfortable at my own speed. Now I'm comfortable at my own speed, I never seem to have a spare tank of fuel on a Wednesday night - the road seems to drink it on a Saturday and Sunday - one weekend I'll stay home and have fuel for the mid week.

Come along for a ride this Sunday. Not sure where we're going but it's bound to be a good trip. If the weather is nice.

No no. This weekend I have a decent excuse. Wife and I are moving into our first home this weekend. The fact that I've booked an advanced rider course with Mainland Motorcycle School for the evening after moving is likely to cause enough drama :P

Really? Congratulations! That's awesome! Let me know if you need help shifting your bike, I promise not to take it too far off the direct route
