Yeah, when I saw the afternoon forecast I decided take a ride to the Hilltop Tavern on the Akaroa road this morning. Absolutely stunning weather first thing.

I went for a wee hoon this evening to visit a friend and it was pretty fresh out there and rather windy. Glad we didn't head off to the Hurunui or something similar!

So busy around Christmas/New Year/February and now suddenly there's not so many daylight saving Wednesday evenings left (not that that stops those of us with the plug in clothing).

So Pizza or try for Steak again (Meat man had been delayed so they were out of Steak on my last attempt)? That's Hurunui or Little River for the un initiated?

Six of us I think there was, Little River via Dyers pass, the bays and Gebbies Pass was the vote. Steak was the main choice.
The sky was clear and the moon was out.
    A good ride.
