Oh for goodness sake, if you can't find the changes, I'm hardly going to waste a few days telling you all of them, aye?

Biggest thing I see is the tail, and I like it.

Nup, can't see any GSXR1000L0 pilots trading in their "old" model for the new 'un.

I think you'd be surprised at how many do.

Us gixxer lovers are a loyal lot, and there is a good percentage of us who buy the new one just because it's that. A new one.

The L2 is quite different by the looks, I like it heaps more than any other model except the K5/6. And lets face it, I only love those so much because it's gotta be the most insane mass produced motorcycle ever.

Hey I love my Suzukis and even I struggle to see the logic in buying the latest and greatest. I accept the GSX-Rs have a kind of cult status that perhaps only Harley riders can challenge (or understand).

Just having the latest and most powerful bike simply means arriving that little bit earlier at the scene of the crash....for some at least....

Because for some, their Gixxer is part of who they are. So getting the new one straight away, (knowing it will be $2000 cheaper in six months from the same shop), is a form of self improvement.

Who fuckin knows? There is no real argument for buying any vehicle brand new these days, except that if no one did it, the rest of us are shit out of luck!

The fact that the L2 DOESN't have traction control or ABS actually makes the bike MORE appealing to me.
It's good to see that Suzuki have focussed on worthwhile updates, and not a whole lot of worthless bling.

That depends on which side of the hospital bed you're standing....
