2012 VFR1200 now with traction control

Not sure its legit as I can only find one source with this info, But it appears Honda may have actually taken the peoples criticisms on board in regards to the tank size and neutered bottom end, which I guess isn't required with the new traction control fitted.

I hope the 1200 is coming out with a revised model... would be interesting to know, as someone I know is somewhat interested in the VFR1200 (but the improvements are good).

In other Crossrunner news... I've seen the first bashed up on... a demo ride didn't finish very well...

It's barking mad and if it doesn't turn you into a complete loon within half an hour of cocking a leg over the lofty 875mm seat height, I'll eat my Arai.

I only have one question about the VFR1200: What's it supposed to be?

I was recently loaned a VFR1200 while my bike was being serviced. Having owned (and loved) a VFR750, I was grateful for the opportunity to swing a leg over. To me it felt like a giant electric scooter. Can't say I enjoyed it much, and I couldn't say anything nice about the styling, either. So I won't.

It is the most efficient form or transportation available for the world's ugliest exhaust pipe.

It is pleasing to hear they have increased the size of the fuel cup tank.

Honda's says they have a Sport Tourer already, the ST1300. And the VFR12 is a Road Sport.

    Or so I've read.

Dunno, that blog was dated 8/11 and mentions "Official info and technical specs".

It certainly interests me more than the VFR...It could potentially replace both my bikes except that I doubt it would be as good as the Strom off the beaten track. And the Connie's only done 76k...

Haha, VFR1200 is a beautiful machine to look at, but I just can't figure out where it's supposed to fit in....a small tank and that exhaust!

It seriously is a nice looking bike in the flesh, Not fond of the original red/silver though, the grey and white ones look sweet IMO.

Also the stock exhaust maybe fugly, but im yet to see an aftermarket pipe that suits it either.
