I have a feeling I know what the answer is. It's a bit like feeling ones way along the venereal warts of a 19th Century Parisian tart in the dark though. You can't be sure in which direction one is heading, or if things should be quite that sticky.

One of the things about riding around on a nice Harley is you actually don't give a fuck what anyone else thinks about it.

Something of a selfish pleasure.

All the compliments are nice and you get plenty, but cartoons and the disrespectful online don't actually mean a thing.
If anything they make you like it even more - 'fuck 'em'.

I've got a Street Glide test bike at the moment, also worth a test ride as a 'down spec' Ultra.

(Of course with me it's also "Hmm, I wonder how many non-Harley types I can irritate by by chosing to ride a Harley - AND wear tassles - they're a prime factor in owning one donchaknow!)
