Remember ... those chappies that make and READ those (completed forms) ... take it seriously ... and making a FALSE declaration is a VERY serious offence.

It has to be proved the specs ARE correct, Those that apply must have the spec numbers ... and signed by somebody Authorised to do so ...

Finding that person that is willing to do so ... may be difficult ...

I have no idea about that process... I find the easiest process is buying from a dealer... I'll see them frequently enough for weird questions no-one else asks, and plenty of servicing
