No ...not with out major work chopping the frame about and I can't bring myself to mess with perfection..
So what do I do ???
1/Tune the arse out of the TF
2/Make the CBR handle like a RS
3/make custom frame to fit said engine (as that seems to be the flavor of the month at the moment)

For the record Qkkid was in my bed, not the other way round

    I can sell you a GP125 motor

I would set about the CBR chassis and make it handle, the hoogies go ok on theirs

    Both it is then !!
New Cr85 ignition fitted and a little porting should help the TF
I have a rear shock for the CBR but will have to weld in a new mount

PM Steve, and while you are at it ask him what time kick off is on Saturday. We're planning on heading down sat morning to make managing the cat a bit easier.

Careful as you go. Remember everything is working together, changing your ignition timing will effect EGT, changing exhaust port timing may put it out of sync with the expansion chamber etc etc. Best to measure up the current setup to understand what you can work on.
Nah up the compression and polish the ports

ps saw your dyno curve some time back, it looked good for kart tracks. Im aiming for a similar curve but with better over rev.

if you're not running at least 204 deg on the ex then yer a pussy.

If there is any rule for the inexperienced to keep in mind, it is that everything a reasonable, intelligent person should intuitively believe to be right will probably be totally wrong. Gordon Jennings June 1996; musing on airflow through a 4 stroke engine. . . . Damn fool things that they are.

Cheers Steve...Port timing is very tame so just give it a nudge ...Yes the Dyno curve is ok as you say but drops off like a stone and am hoping the ignition will sort that ,lets see !!

Shorty - when is the ball & chain due? I know it clashes, but think that's Te Puke? If so, why not this one?????? You making any round this year or are we seeing a sign of things to come already?

Damn, I've been filing for two weeks now and I'm only at 202.

Nah its Tokoroa weekend. Te Puke is same weekend as Seafeild Road Hillclimb(15mins from home). Seafeild Road was a blast on my Supermotard last time, so we'll see. I will be dusting off the bike for the GP, it still has the wet rear on from the last GP, havent touched it since then.

Just drill some holes part way up the barrel & connect the dots, that should get it done quicker.
