    This Highway 61 neighbour cut the water pipe to my tenants property, and I have to go sort it tomorrow night....just not sure how I should go about things or point and laugh at the harley he rides.....

    Im a fat ass white bitch, and I feel sorry for this guy simply because his only way of solving things is through cutting power or water off as this property is up a private road and there's been soo many issues about this road which was meant to be vested to the council 30 years ago! Because my old man wont pay for road maintenance, the neighbour has lashed out making the tenant suffer. We won the court case but seems like it's made no difference...

    Need to reason with this guy as I dont think he can see he's being shafted by another neighbour...I have paperwork to support this so will take it along so he can see with his own eyes what Im talking about....

    why cant he just spend like 3 grand on the driveway? if its private then just grade it out and throw some hardfill over the top, give it a roll and it should be sweet for a while.
