Looks like RRP for a S1000RR is about $32k. Current price for a GSA is $35k, on a special rebate deal, as it's in the last year or so of production before the new one. Usual price is $39.5k. Factor in another $10k of accessories (Ok, so I might have a few), and half again for some upgrades shortly...
Suddenly the $44k K1600GT looks positively cheap, but it won't handle the rough stuff as well
