If you cut the pizza in half, you only have half the fat and calories. So you can eat twice as much.

I think a plan may be forming... A small group of us still going up to Ruakaka on Friday. Do whatever we feel like on Saturday (might take the opportunity for a good long walk if I don't feel the urge to ride). Meet up in Waipu for lunch on Sunday.
