Yay! Hope the weather plays the game. Best we look into what we can eat/what we want to eat/where we get it from etc.

Might have a bit of a reccy this coming weekend. Some one want to do the actual buying/collecting of funds etc, 'cos I will be simply attending

    Just for a change

There will be NO CAR this time, so we all have to carry our own stuff

Can anyone tell I am happy to be relieved of my responsibilities for a change

Unfortunately I won't be able to attend, same weekend as the V8's in Hamilton, for which I have to be present.

Hope you all have a fantastic trip away though!

I'm in. also happy to be a TEC if needed.

    BUT
I won't be able to get time off the course (it's too fast paced for me to simply miss a class)
So I will have to leave after midday and meet you at the base camp that evening

Did Waipoua forest weekend just been (escorting my English visitors) and just after Kaihu as you go up into the hills there is about 2k's of really shite metal road where they have ripped it up for whatever reason.

Otherwise apart from 800metres of nicely compacted gravel on the twin bridges road (Kaikohe side) it was all pretty amazing as usual

Oh and according to the lovely couple who had broken down on there boulevard at the big tree, there is about 800 metres of really bad road with roadworks they are doing on the road that leads to Rawene where you catch the ferry.

I would love to but have to see closer to the time. I have my full test on the 23rd.

My current bike is not strictly within my license requirements so dont want to create police attention to everybody.
