It is amazing how one country can be appluded for there ability to "make the most" out of a vehicle, and yet another will lable it "Ridiculous", fine you $800 and suspend your licence
I guess the countries that don't pay ACC don't care - do what ya want, we ain't payin'.

And nanny-states like NZ just want to prevent possible injury which = pay-outs.

Not quite. The rocket you refer to was made in North Korea. However, when I was living in Pucheon City in South Korea I heard a massive explosion one day. South Korea has some big scud-like missiles and what the conscripts have to do is go through the motions of launching, perhaps a bit like how Americans would pretend-launch their ICBMs, but they would never take off - but the conscripts pressing the buttons had know way of knowing whether 'this' time' was real or not. They just pressed the buttons. Anyway, there was a fault, and when the conscript presed the button, up went the bloody misslie on its way to North Korea. Luckily, it was remotely detonated shortly after launch, and it exploded over Incheon (very near and above where I was) and debris rained down everywhere. It was in the news for one day then conveniently disappeared. No one was hurt, but I remember a seeing a pic of the engine on top of a crushed car.

ACC - ha ha ha. I don't think so.

After thought - I would have loved to have seen the look on that conscript's face after he pressed the button!

Ask yourself this: "Is your bike half full or half empty?"

I think you can trust me when I say ... it is definitely half-full.

Spotted this Honda Mini Bike in Daejeon, South Korea. Some serious money has been spent on this machine!
