    1999 GSX750F non starter

Plenty of battery power, Everything works including Fuel pump prime but no turn over...dead! Bike has been sitting for a month or so and has 40000km. Not my bike but I have told him to check for juice from the starter motor and work back from there. Anything common on these that go....solenoid, starter relay??

    Cheers

    Battery voltage.
    Kill switch.
    Neutral switch.
    Clutch switch.
    Sidestand switch.
    Starter solenoid.
    Loose terminals.
    Starter fuse.

    I'd think about checking these
    I'll bet it's battery voltage.

Clutch needs to be in to start. The connector for this switch under the clutch lever is quite exposed and easily broken. When you hit the ignition does the lamp dim? If it does it is probably one of the safety switches as mentioned above (assuming battery is good)
