I had bad boost blowback at the RSA once, was squirting through the eye of a needle, even though I was certain I had dropped it one notch. Did nothing for my Torque, more of a high rev scream, as I burnt off the opposition heading to the crapper.
Cleaned out my pipe though...
You boys do not no what you are doing do you. window a has 25% boost port cut down time that will fuck up the rsa flow. to fix that take away the 25% change that to 9.12% put that on the tps then down load a 5 stage dice game put that into the ecu then you have a 5 to 30% chance of making 1 lap. dam 4 stroke boys
I told you guys you should have made the cylinder water cooled...
I trust you took it out to the full 130 odd maximum rebore size.
What's the progress update????? I heard that the conversation may involve a lot of swearing!!
So, while you guys are on the Sprit of Buckets - discussing blow down jobs, porting your rear port, four sided dice and going to the RSA.
I've been daydreaming and digging through boxes of bucket parts...
And having a wee think about new MOMs (Hummmm young MOMS...)...
How about a hossack front end.
Seymour can we machine up something funky???
And yes, before the questions start.
It is a R150 fuel injected beast.
First note the sprocket spline is the same as the RS125 so the 415 sprockets fit.
Second note: the engine had been framed up for a Kart (16g steel base), MOMs first tick.
watch out boys: I've got some un-finished business with the sidecarGP (20 years on)...
what you should do bert is put that engine into your big sidcar in my workshop (-;
Look I'm not much chop as a mechanical engineer, but I'd think you'd want a bit more structure to that puppy. Plastic might be hard to weld.
The 125 project will be streets ahead of any 110 as it's got 30yrs more modern technology in the porting. If its done right it'll be the biz. Suppose you start with a modern RS125 pipe and go from there. Wob had posted a tweaked design about a year or so back.
Don't you look at my accountant.
He's the only one I've got.
