    my good old suzuki engine bucket has been losing power , 21hp now . i have just removed the top of the engine and found one side of the piston has been hitting .3 to .4 and pinshed the ring , one was thinking the top of the piston machined wrong , or gudgen machined on the piss or a bent rod . so will have to get to the bottom of this as time is ticking

    thanks but no thanks lol , its not the rod thank goodness as its just had a new one put in it . so has to be the piston

    engine back together so hope its sorted , i never found why it did what it did as i have run piston to head clearance .3 closer before and never hit

    I just went through all 105 pages of this thread checking out photos of the bikes. There seems to be a few now huh! Lots we don't see much of, what happened to them all?
