Frame looks good! Not much space for a radiator, which I see there next to it. How are you squeezing that in?
Those wheels and forks look Aprilia RS125, very nice. Did the rear wheel fit the NX4 swing arm easy enough?

a nsr 250 radiator fits fine with enough wheel to radiator clearance can put another one under the front cylinder if i have to , have not fited the rear wheel yet but will have to run a 125 tire on it as the 150 tire is to wide , if you have ever seen a 120-125 tire fited to a 4inch rim they look not to bad

if i was to do another i would use a nsr gull arm swingarm i think it would be the go, just a little wider to take the wider tire

A quiet day at the office...

    Love days like this.

Was sent a dozen high school students today, and was told to make whatever I liked, Design it, Cam it up, and make it.

Racked my brain and oddly enough it started thinking Buckets...

I remember a certain North Island Series that ended oddly this year, an extra Round that didn't materialize meant we never got together for a prize giving, or for that matter, any trophies. Oops!

I took it on myself to knock something up today, from scratch. Richban, you must teach me how to take photos of glasslike objects, I sucked. Guess it would take a pre digital age camera to do it properly.

Anyway, will dole this out next time we meet Rick!. A-Grade 1st,2nd,3rd.

got the rear wheel in now , had to machine a lot of the hub . 8.5mm left so counter sunk the inside and running counter sunk bolt back the other way like studs..

    Cool Barrel of laughs.

Progress is being made. Machined most of the shape into the barrel, still looking too bulky at present. Will shape up the top third of the barrel for better cooling later on, plus finning. Exhaust port is next, lots of yummy long series endmills and ballnoses to come, should be rattly as usual, better find my earmuffs...

    Good new!!!!!

Finally, what seems like a lifetime, the clock is rolling back enabling the use of the Manfield extension....
Strange that they have forgotten that historically separate events were run on the two different tracks: but who care.

Can't read that on my phone but it was a MNZ thing not a Manfield rule.

    Keen though.

    Happy new Century...

Something different. A little bit of racing from the "old" Taupo circuit. Scotty taking the piss, but he can explain that one!!

    F3/125's, a mixed bag.
