NI Hitcher SI Janter but to be honest, I have used Bridgestones extensively over the years but lost faith in the brand when the 021's hit the stands & as mentioned by others here their a TOTAL SHIT TYRE.... I look forward to the reviews but you'll be hard pushed to swing me away from Avon Storms new set going on next week for the Southern Cross Road Rally in March which would be a great test for any tyre FYI I'm on a Blackbird
I Used to jog but the ice cubes kept falling out of my glass

Once I'm down to canvas I'll probably try a T30 regardless. The Shinko Verges have been astonishing to b honest Jay. I too thought they'd be shite in the wet but they slide less (and then grip quicker) than the old BT023's. They don't spin up as much in the wet too (you'd struggle to get a tedium spinning up in the dry with about 85 ponies and 270 degree firing order) . Hard braking it's hard to say. They "feel" lighter too...bike seems easier to turn in at speed. I gave em a damn good workout in the wet at Hampton Downs (fuck that bike loves the wet).

In the dry...I'd say they're about equal to the 023's. I can give the bike a good handful of gas in 3rd gear cranked over to the pegs at an apex and the back end never so much as gives a hint of stepping out. I dare say on a bike with 100 plus ponies and infinite ground clearance the 023's may show why they're nearly 50% costlier (yes..I know they're on special at the moment..)

They're no good at all on mud and gravel though. Much entertainment on the 309 or Castle Rock

My votes go to willytheekid (sth) and *Hitcher (nth)

    * His bike related write ups are brilliant and hopefully, this will be another.... instead of writing about puppets/budda and hedge clippings.

Arse if no one is voting me then I vote Hitcher north Isl and one Arm Bandit south so he can compare against the ones he is riding now and see if sport touring is indeed more valid in street use than sport.

    Suck on that!

Close to 14,000kms on the exisiting 021's..front is looking mildly spherical (36F and 42R) rear is holding its shape...what ever happens on Monday, I feel I will be putting T30's on at some stage soon.
