    Nope. They are only machines.

Saturday is more of a Euphemism for a WR than a name innit. :-)

Ratti took the honour of naming my bike ‘Big Red’ something to do with the size and colour.
I confess to know everything there is to know about absolutely nothing at all!!!

Man, these names actually have reason behind them. My bike is named Courtney, and the car is Sophie. They just both seem like girls. Both cost enough with their high maintenance at the very least

'Ferdinand' sometimes because when it hits 5000rpm the exhaust note sounds like a bellowing bull-calf. Usuallly though it's just "hello motorbike" when I open the garage door or "good girl" at the end of a ride.

Sure. But then again, we all come to a forum to talk about our bikes. Shows they mean something to at least most of us here

Well, its a waste to modify a bike and then not give it more appropriate name!

One of my 'bikes' is actually just a frame and swingarm, and it already has three names; actually its more of a single three part name, giving the name more parts in it than the bike has

Yeah. And don't worry, I'm not suggesting naming it is a requirement for enjoying ones bike, we'll leave the 'what makes a biker' question well alone
