    it works!

    better than a lot of their shit, the (usally over-)hops area ctually balanced by the carmelly (mouthfeel and flavour) of whatever they've added.. almost honeyish.

    Just home from work ,fantastic ride over kaimai ranges, through Walton , Scotsman valley, through to tahuna, te hoe, then home as the sun was coming up, had a cup of tea, now on deck having glass of wine, kids cooking bacon n eggs

    Couple of bottles of Emersons Bird Dog went down well. Followed by a 2010 Shiraz which put the wife to sleep and now just cracking open a nice new bottle of malt because it has been a cunt of a day and it is exactly a certain number of years since what I was born.
