Hardly matters - once the original maker starts making 'tribute bikes' you know the prices of the real deal are headed for the sky...

I thought the Triumph ones for for old guys who needed electric starters and could no longer be arsed fixing them...

Pfft - I guess the new Hinkly bonnies could be the exception but then look at the prices of good 650 twins these days - yikes....

Oh - and yes - I resemble that remark...

It could compete with the late model Ducati Paul Smart and MHR Replicas for ugliness (and probably win)

The one on TM would appear not to have been worth 12K nor was the 73 Commando.

Edit: no the Commando did sell for over 13K it would appear.

FPO on the real deal R90S post auction at $11750. too rich for my blood at present since I have just paid out the arse for IT: hardware and software upgrades.

    ( overpriced, as really only a 4-5 k bike....if that)
and only 2 years away from cheap $120 ish rego, saving you $400 a year.

yes and I have it on good authority that it didn't even run properly, needed new carbs.

The 73's have /5 bits on them and they are the first ones so seem to fetch more, the 76 is probably the better machine. The made 15 000 plus of them so

    they are hardly rare.
