    Licence on hold
    Warrant expires 05/10/2013

Regular oil changes since I have owned it about 10,000 kms ago.

I have a type of service manual to go with it.

6 speed box, apparently 'tuned-up' for the Honda 250 V-twin. Can keep up with biger bikes.

New fork seals and fork oil recently. Near new rear tyre. Near new battery that has always been on a maintenance charger. Second hand rear spring and shock fitted a couple of years ago (off a CBR). O-ring chain. Recent new fuel hoses and new o-rings between the carbies (fitted with silicone grease). I have mainly run it on Gull Force 10. Spare key.

Needs a clean, showing signs of its age, small hole in rear (pillion) of seat, front tyre low.

Test riding difficult because licence on hold. I have a driveway. Otherwise at your risk. Drop it you buy it for the asking price.

    Price firm.

Nice first post. Welcome to the forum. How much would you charge to clean it and pump up the tyre?

Why was the shock replaced with a 2nd hand one?
    Keep on chooglin'

I would probably give it an average clean for free, but no smiles guaranteed, it isn't my most favourite part of it all. Being naked it doesn't look much better if you wash it. It doesn't gleam like a new Harley when cleaned anyway, it was made in 1988.

When I said tyre low, I meant tread. It might pass another warrant, but I wouldn't put any money (bet) on it. The front does lose a couple of three psi if left sitting around for a while; on that subject. Rear, being new doesn't drop a bit since fitted.

When Henderson Yamaha was at Henderson, it failed a WoF on rear shock. Shaft scored and not working great. I did the Coro loop on it, but then I have ridden some junk in the past. New shock is a bit pricey, even 2nd was $250 unfitted. Don't know why the first shock shit itself, was like that when I bought it.

prolly would help sell it if the back tyre wasn't the main pic--jes saying

You are probably right about the rear tyre shot. It is how the pics fell and I don't know how to rearrange them. I am actually loathed to sell it. I like it, and it has grown on me more and more, but circumstances have changed and it just sits there most of the time. And, in a truly callous way, I passed my full the other day and it is another 250 relationship breakup. It only took me 21 years to pass my test from first ride on the road (I haven't had this bike for 21 years if anyone gets the wrong end of the stick).
