Thinking about getting a Buell xb9r

(Hope this is the right forum)

I've been thinking about getting a XB9R and wanted to see if anyone had any pointers on what to watch out for on them?
Or if they have any issues I should be aware of?

I know someone who has a xb12r, and they mentioned something about the 12's being slightly more reliable that the 9's

haha as little as possible if you ask the wife...
They are going for about 8-9k on trademe at the moment, which is probably my limit as i need to get some new gear as well (boots and gloves)

I would also be interested in hearing about handling characteristics if anyone has any feedback.
