You haven't factored in labour or a blower, paint, brakes 6 speed baker transmission & all kinds of shit. Some people tuck people they assume have sufficient money.

I know the guy & it's most definitely been ridden, hard too & shows signs of it.
The only reason it may not have done huge Kay's is that the poor bastard that owns it has plenty of other toys to split his time amongst.

Did Indian buy the rights to the V Rod motor, or am imagining the resemblance? Good motors those ones.

    Fish was there, wasn't he?

I think there are a lot of guys who are just talented on two wheels. There are more who can pedal a bucket like all fuck because the risk is so slight due to the low speeds.

Who's that punter from Aukland who races an ancient Gixxer six in F2 and shows up lots of people, and holds or help the lap record at Mt Wellington? Dave someting, surname starts with M and sounds French.

No. Your imagination is working overtime.

A new one of those goes for $20,000 so the punters who have bid so far seem to have a fairly tenuous grasp on reality.

Well clearly fucking themselves is the only way a bucket racer is ever going to get fucked. Their virginity is virtually assured otherwise.

Building them fulfilled my need to work on stuff. I have a lot of stuff at my disposal to build a good one, but I struggle to pay proper attention to detail when working on them. Just not that into it I guess.
