    Geez - thanks Mossy

    Hi,

We have concerns about listing 853246773 for the Honda CBR 1000 RR 2012, which you participated in or viewed recently.

DO NOT COMPLETE THIS TRADE. The listing was created by a scammer, not a genuine Trade Me member. The items do not exist. Do not make contact using any of the email addresses set out in the listing.

You may receive further emails from the scammers claiming that the seller has now been verified by Trade Me. This will also be a hoax and is another way to trick you into making the trade. Do not respond to them.

Here are a few additional tips:

    - Never pay money overseas or by Western Union, Money Gram, PayPal or any other instant payment method.
    - If you wish to complete a transaction via SafeTrader, visit www.safetrader.co.nz to create a membership and follow the instructions.
    - If you click a link in an email, make sure you check the website address you're being sent to. For Trade Me, the URL in the address bar will always start with http://www.trademe.co.nz/
    - If you have concerns over a trader's authenticity please contact Trade Me immediately on 0800 334 332 or forward the email to abuse@trademe.co.nz. Our team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

For more information on keeping yourself safe on the site please click the following link to visit our 'Safe Computing Centre':

Additionally, our Trust and Safety team have written a blog article about our top three tips for staying safe on Trade Me. You can find this article at the following link:

I’m sorry that you have had this experience and hope you continue to enjoy using the site.

    Regards,

    Ryan

Interesting though - other than the low price, it didn't read like a scam. Tricky bastards.

The beemer was way nicer anyway.

Keep on serving up these choice selections!

    Nothing 250gms of C4 wouldn't fix.

Well I can personally guarantee this 2012 CBR1000RR listing is valid.

Crikey! That's a mind boggling auction. If someone could be arsed that's a mint on e-bay. And possibly a bike on the road to boot.

Look at all the parts. You could get 3k for bits you didn't need and a complete bike with spares.

Nah man, that's a pile of corroded junk and a crap bike. Some good spares to sell but someone has taken the best out of that and the rest has been left to rust.

Needs a little more black in the color scheme, but other than that. YES.

That's quite a tasty bit of gear for the money!
I've always been a fan of them too, bloody sexy looking machines

I'll stick to my FA50 for the time being though
