If you're using 'Knob Cheese' as a nick name, prolly be easier for folks to see if you capitalise the words.

I remember being on the grass verge going sideways looking out the side window straight down at the ground. It didnt roll because the fat kid was on the inside..... when it stopped it had grass in between the tyre bead and rim on both left side wheels. Good times. After that, whenever we got in the car with him, we wore crash helmets.

We once got a Mark 3 Cortina airborne as well though that was more fun than scary.

I'm a terrible driver because driving fast in a car seems so safe - I've done a couple of those trackdays and all the instructors are like "don't be so aggressive"
We tried the fast thing too in my mate's Standard Vanguard that he'd shoe-horned a 308 Holden motor into. The only problem was it still had the 'Town and country' tyres on the back.

The handling for the stock car was shit to start with, putting all that weight in the front and , with the extra HP meant the burn-outs were spectacular but the handling went from shit to pretty much unmanageable.

And the brakes were shit too, drums all round.

Car ended up sideways into a lamppost and the rest is history ..

Is it actually anywhere near worth it? It just seems to be a particularly good condition 2 stroke race bike with a shed load of spares. Been sitting for over a decade too.

Hard to know with them. Now that they're being raced at the Isle etc as classics...you just never know. I'd rather have an RS but...

26k ......... I'd find myself looking in the window at new bikes.

Still - it's collectors money so has nothing to do with riding it.

I'd love to ride it but there's really no class to race it in, plus 26k is a lot of rare motorcycle to chuck down the track.

Value is in its spares I think, 26k n you could sell lots of the spare bits if you only wanted to put it in your lounge

I only just clicked that your user name isn't, ja fag sx250. I'd assumed you were a gay Rastafarian with a KTM dirt bike.
