Classic elderly lady meets middle-aged tart

Had a visit from Kickaha today on his way down to Dunners on the MHR,heard the thing coming down the main road, sounded as only an old Duc can glorious, actually heard it for awhile as the silly cunt missed the turn off.Beautiful bike and great to see it out there doing a trip.Took a few pics as you do of things you dont see much of these days.

Having a boring but extremely practical and reliable VFR800 in the garage from time to time I wonder if I need a little more excitement in the 2 wheeled dept and the TLS's have always done it for me and its something I have never owned but have had a few v twins in my time... Tried to buy Adam's (Local guy) one but he couldn't part with it..... He told me about your TL...

Although I am sure the Duke is a gem, I find its appeal minimal to me personally. I mean no offense to those who obviously differ in opinion...

Naaa ... sell it to me ... I've always loved those models ... it deserves a peaceful retirement in a warm place - not life in a cold hell ..

The old fella was telling me of when racing against Britten (Wigram i think) on an identical 900SS to the one sold the other day he had the bottom of the kickstart grinding away, ist time he had met him and upon showing him said kickstart Britten said ' no wonder i cant catch you",they went on to become good mates.
