I think ill need install the silencer kit in the muffler as I think its louder than the ninja.

Here is the outside photos with a camera rather than phone.
Just catching up on this thread... WOW this machine looks outstanding, I spent 10min just looking at the pictures.
My only comment would be a rear seat pad would look cool. maybe its just that all the single seat bike I have one.

Hell still got several pages to go. Paint job is great, Black look awesome.

Turns out this is my workmates old bike. He had it from '86 till 2004/5. He stuck the brembos and braided lines on it as well as the fork brace.

I took fork brace off as it looked wrong with the guard.
The brembos are good but were very soft with the 13mm MC so I ordered a new 15mm master cylinder that was on the boxers and its mint braking now. They shared the same lever, slide and throttle tube assy and had same controls. Also put braided on the top lines and rear.

Its for sale if he would like it back.

Hahaha, he doesn't like what you did with it I am afraid, he's a bit of a BMW purest. His current Beemer is a 1958 R60 restored as best as he can to original condition.

Yup he would love one of those but parts and availability mean that he's got a 70s engine I think. I dunno, wasn't around back then

All the parts are here http://www.bmwhucky.com check the pic on my profile, the 50\2 engine is tiny compared to the 247.

But... He's changed the pod filter, that's gotta be worth at least an extra grand
