Fuck what an arsehole... I would've kicked him out too.

From that big cry baby session I'm guessing he's been a belligerent cunt to somebody on the road (not yielding or some other action he could have avoided even though he was most likely technically in the right), and been tossed as a result.

Maybe that's not true, but just the like the cops I can't be fucked finding out after listening to that.

So it's safe to assume the other party is likely to be a close relative of a Popo then?

Seems to me like the guy with the camera is just getting angry about the fact that these things take time.

Given the camera angle; I wonder if he's talking while still having his helmet on. Which won't help his case.

If he has insurance, then he should take the rego of the other party; get a police report which you can get by going to the police station after the fact and let the insurance sort it out.

If he doesn't have insurance, then it's going to be a bit harder and take longer time.

Either way I don't see the point of being all angry and whinging in front of a police station.

Looks like his "friends"/ people who commented on his FB page are your typical "I Hate cops" "cops are bad" kind of crowd.

Would imagine he was wearing camera when he had accident?
I wonder if THAT footage would stand up to peer review

I highly doubt he was recording his ride on his phone.

All I'm going to say is this:

It's remarkable how proactive and quick to act the police are when it is something they can garner revenue (ie Fines) from compared to how sluggishly slow they appear to act when it isn't.

Not saying the guy with the Camera is in the right - but fuck if I had just been knocked off my bike and the officer that attended did IMO a half arsed job - I'd be pretty fucking livid at the police too!

I can understand the frustration, maybe not the execution.

Different country but it's relevant in some respects...

HM Inspectorate of Constabulary said criminal damage and car crime were "on the verge of being decriminalised" because forces had "almost given up"

Be interesting to see what went before the video started, hmmm.

I find it dumb he was saying that he hadn't been told what to do re: his complaint. He had been, he just didn't like the answer (go to the IPCA).

He should have asked more pointed questions about why they refused to give him investigating officer's details though. What grounds etc.

Also, dropping the F-bomb ain't gonna get him anywhere. When he started dropping it after the formal warning he shoulda been booked.

Saw that last week, and thought he must be a kiwibiker for sure.

He would fit right in to some of the whinge fests around here.

    Oh dear.

Oh dear that he is not satisfied with the service provided.

Oh dear that he dealt with it in that manner.

Oh dear that he posted it on the net.

Problem when you post stuff like that, as you were recording it from day one you arrived expecting a fight and acted like a prat through the video due to your preconceived opinion that it would not go well. Would the video have been posted if the police said 'come on in lets sort this out....'

My biggest surprise is the video dude is not a Pom. Fuck they winge about anything.
