CBTA (Full) Question

I'm currently on my restricted (which i did through CBTA).

If i do my full test through CBTA, can I take my CBTA certificate to AA, pay the fees and then they just send me my licence as soon as my 12 month restricted period is up? Or do I need to wait until after my 12 months before I can even pay the fees ect?

Though you can sit the full assessment at any time once you have your restricted licence, you cannot apply for your full licence until you have held your restricted for twelve months.
