Maybe a fruit smoothie is safest. Unless you forget to put the lid on the blender, then not so much. Mornings are never easy...

yeah I've heard two/three circles max in one direction then switch is a good idea to prevent getting dizzy and crashing.
    Keep up the good work.

Tell me about it, The morning after, I do wish there was a pill to fix that.

They should invent a smoothie blender keeper inner rubber bung thingee...

Cheers, hoping to get out this arvo for more practice, left circles seem to be such a challenge but right circles are fine. Getting there slowly haha

Yup, one way is always easier than the other. Practice your lefties more. This is the reason I like figure 8's. Cut a tennis ball in half & put the two cups 8, 10 or 12 mtrs apart, whatever your comfortable with, the cups are the centre/apex of your turns. Good fun & good practice. Look up Gp8 on youtube for inspiration.

But yeah, a late welcome from me Crapple. Exciting times for me as well, even though I've done it before. Anyway enjoy and stay safe.

Haven't been out past couple of days wanted to ride last night but it started pissing down, bro took his bike over the shore today. Still looking for a bike everything seems to sell before I get there, just waiting for the right one to come along Fingers crossed for a beautiful day tomorrow so I can hopefully get out and do some circles. KB is still more entertaining than any movie, cracking up over comments!
