Is this a Tee shirt type garment for wearing under a armoured jacket? I presume it is directed at off road riding.

The point of these is there is no armour around the upper chest/back area. Designed so you can wear a Leatt neck brace and still have the armour without having to have the brace going under the armour (uncomfortable).
