I just don't get Harleys. MBB, copping negative Rep since ages ago.

I just don't get Harleys.

I was following a super shiny Harley with hard paniers and top box yesterday. It was very shiny in a candy burgundy. I, and the shit-tonne of cars behind me, got a really good view given he was doing 20K's under the speed limit. Even the old couple in the camper three vehicles back were road raging.

I just don't get Harleys. Even shiny ones. I'm assuming they come with matching slacks and panty liners.

What were you riding/driving at the time? Learn to overtake maybe?

People ride/drive at their own pace. Some people are slow.

Don't think it was the Harley's fault.

The rider was doing 20 Ks below the speed limit, the bike had nothing to do with it.

He could have been on a Triumph Rocket III and still been doing that speed and he would have been just as much a nuisance to following vehicles. Or on a Goldwing, or a Boulevard M109, or a Kwaka V1700, or any other bike.

I was in the cage. If I had of been on the bike, there would have been a Harley riding posting something about riders who are about to become roadkill.

I think pre-1950's Harleys are slightly cooler. pre-1930's Harleys are fookn awesome.

VRod was ok......but I would expect nothing less from Porsche Design. They made a air cooled Flat Four in a crappy 2 door commuter cool.

I hate those Harleys that are hauling arse and fanging it hard around the corners and you have to make a concentrated effort to stay with.

WTF are those guys thinking? Do they not realise they have a image to keep up?

I've never ridden one but there are at least 3 models I would consider owning. I'm just not old enough yet.
