    FCR39/41 details?

Have been trying to get some details on these carbs but without any success. I would like to know the diameter of the carb mounting spigot that fits into the intake rubber, also general external dimensions for sidedraught version. Anyone got one lying around they could measure, please? Also, anyone know the carb spacing for Thaiumphs - as used in the Sudco carb conversions for Bonnevilles, etc? Many thanks in advance ...

    No longer have the sizes.
Are you sure you want FCRs. I did the CR carb conversion which looked and performed well. They came pre tuned to go with stock airbox and made a huge performance difference.

Thanks for the photo of the CR's, neat setup. They look good for horizontal ports but my motor has a forward lean of about 23° from memory plus re-angled ports and I think the sidedraught FCR looks more suitable. Will look into the CR carbs though, I thought they only did sets for Japanese fours. An option for me is to use a conversion kit for Triumphs and respace if necessary - I need 150mm centre distance and don't know the Triumph spacing.

Thanks for the link, I see this is Sudco gear so they seem to have this sewn up! Will get in touch with them.

I find Dynoman in Austin Texas to be the easiest blokes to get that kind of stuff from.
