Buy a workshop manual and see how far you get.....

the amount of shoddy workmanship I have encountered is not confidence inspiring...
    (Cars and bikes....)

When I repair things myself, I know they are done properly....
for $100 an hour you can buy an awful lot of new parts.....
Opinions are like arseholes: Everybody has got one, but that doesn't mean you got to air it in public all the time....

You can be our test dummy if you like.

    Don Treloar: (04 563 5054, , 027 474 8996, don.treloar@xtra.co.nz ) dropped a leaflet in my mailbox months ago.

Based in LH apparently. I haven't had any reports either way but it's good to use locals if they're up to scratch.

If your willing to venture a little further, Garth (Independant Motorcycles) in central wellington.

Terribly unreliable but a hell of a nice guy, he's spent several late evenings helping me with my bikes.
Knows his stuff and his charges are reasonable.
