    Some of the old blokes would be good material for a book...

    Some pretty clever guys doing stuff with old bikes in sheds.

    Not one of these yellow POS, I've had two fail on me this year. Both on bikes where they build the bike round the battery.
    Ran my R90s on the race bike Shorai, thinking might just have one battery for the lot as they are small enough.

    Was thinking I should get a Shorai charger and just use one battery for the bikes I don't use much as far easier to 'drop in" than the stock " take the carbs,air cleaner etc off"

    Nah, I did look at alternatives, but I was warned of by people who should know these things.
    I got the standard Yuasa, which judging by the price is made from baby seals, frankincense and myrrh.

    hmmmm that would explain why so many old hoons blew past me on velocettes on my way to hamilton on the weekend haha. beautiful sounding machines, they sound so different compared to a jap single.
