Yes and yes! Right now I'm just getting used to having my knee where it should be and experimenting with having it down. Builders bog from Mitre 10 and some stainless square drives. Build up the old ones.

I used to have titanium toe sliders when racing for a while but they got replaced with shaped flat bar steel for financial reasons.
Manfeild was hard on rt hand boots but my lefty never touched down in the infield.
Hampton Downs was hard on rt hand pucks because the knee would be up into the fzr fairing and still on the ground at the same time. The down side of a slightly older fatter, heavier and lower bike on good quality suspension.
