Apropos of Casey's wild card ambitions. His latest message on Twitter is announcing that he is taking lessons from a golf pro.

A little more reading.Duc and Honda tests.

You'd never go hungry with Nigella Gaz.
If it weren't for flashbacks...I'd have no memory at all..

Interesting times (not as in lap times mind). Is it time to start racing yet?

I hope it's Tiger Woods....Stoner is too perfect to be true, a little bad behaviour would make him much more appealing as a personality.

It was a bit confusing but I think that GP and SBK bikes were in the same place at the same time. Strangest thing was that Nicky Haden was right at the sharp end of the SBK timesheets on the old Fireblade that has been considered uncompetitive for several seasons.

Lotsa people crashing: Eugene Laverty broke his arm, MM crashed and got up and staggered around but was loaded into an ambulance.

I haven't read all the comments from overnight as I had to go to a meeting and I'm way behind with my programme for the day.

Interesting to see that the superbike times were very close to the motogp times at Jerez. Haden got real close using the super sticky qualifying tyre. All the same, thought the motogp bikes would of been further ahead!
Marc cannot get enough of Jorges bum cheeks Marquez 1'39.17
Nicky riding the old war horse pretty darned fast Haden - 1'40.193
    Same track, same day.

MotoGP boys are way away still, due to tires and new electronics. NH time looks good, but check out the Kawi boys times also the Crescent Yamaha guys. NH time only looks good for now until the real season starts I reckon

Not much reading at the mo, but this is pretty much what I expected over the fuss .

Overnight there was an interview with Vinales which had been recorded at the Brit bike show. He said the new seamless gearbox was a big step forward. The fact that Suzuki has a seamless gearbox had previously escaped my notice. Suzuki will have a new engine and chassis as well as a seamless gearbox for 2016.

Vinales says Suzuki want consistent top six finishes next year.
