I was in the same boat last year - was coming of my GSX650F
And on my shortlist was the GSX1250FA - Loved it, was like my old bike but with more power
And a 'Busa.
Look at my things and you'll work out which one I choose.
Yes the Busa has looks only a mother could love - but as someone who commutes 110 Km a day on it - it is an amazing bike - just remember, the only time you are going to care about its looks are when you are looking at it in the Garage or one of your Bike mates is ribbing you.

Quite true hence why there's one in my garage too.
That or a RSV4...choices are a great thing.
I've owned one or two bikes over the years and to be fair IMO the two currently in the garage are right near the top
