My how things can change-this mornings Met Service forecast is saying fine and hot for both Sat and Sunday,yippee.-I have been attending the last 10 and it really is a great weekend.A bit of a pisser last year after a long ride from Norfland only to have it cancelled but the reasons were fully understood by the bulk of the crowd.

Not sure on that one, the original organisers got together and planned it in 1991, hence this year 25th anniversary. However first actual race meeting was 1992 Dave and Vince won the sidecar class that year and came back and repeated it in 1993, probably one of their last meetings on the Agip sidecar. Which would fit with when my parents moved to Paeroa ,the old man was pissed to find ouit they were going to run a race meeting through the middle of town. My parents retired to Paeroa thinking it would be a nice quiet town and no chance of any form of motorsport HAHA I got the last laugh.

Greymouth isn't anywhere near as fast as Paeroa.

Zen wisdom: No matter what happens, somebody will find a way to take it too seriously. - obviously had KB in mind when he came up with that gem

Are they a Greymouth Mumford and Son Tribute band?
DeMyer's Laws - an argument that consists primarily of rambling quotes isn't worth bothering with.

Lap speed, yes, terminal speed, the seaside straight with a downhill braking zone is probably right up there. Scared me watching a big postie braking duel with rain bouncing high off the track. Diesel Pig may tell how far you slide if you drop it there at speed...
