    Wsbk 2016

There is a "World Superbikes Preview" show on Sky Sport 1, Monday 22nd. Hopefully that's an indication that we could get coverage of the races. Not sure how the new format of having the races over two days will affect things. Hopefully all will become clear sooner rather than later because the Phillip Island round kicks off in ten days.

Still a long way off, but there is MotoGP testing at Phillip Island this week. The GP teams are laying down some rubber for the Superbikes?

I expect Sky will be showing MotoGP - I seem to recall them announcing last year that they had bought the rights for 3 years...

Dorna have made the "WSBK Live Experience 2016" app available free from the App Store or wherever you go to download your apps.

Not having tried any of the Dorna apps yet I can't comment other than to say the free download worked.

Why bother? It's live on Sky this Saturday and Sunday afternoon. The next round is Thailand in a couple of weeks and that's near our time zone as well, so the races there will be in our afternoon too.

Not a sky subscriber...don't mind paying for video pass, like watching practice and qualifying etc.

It's hard to tell from the "excitement" evident on KB that the 2016 season is now officially underway at Phillip Island.

WSBK seems to be the poor rellie of GP these days. I will be watching and shouting to Guinters to pull finger. Last year the support races were great..

Yeah it seems to be pretty low key on a lot of sites.
