OK, here is my question, if i got an r6 which has side pipe, can any place take the pipe underseat ???

You'd have to get it customised to fit, which would likely invlove a new specially designed pipe & muffler, and then the underseat may need to be cut/removed to cater for the pipe?Originally Posted by Dodge10

Somewhere that makes their own stainless steel zorsts should be able to make you up a new connector pipe, cut and bent to fit. However, as Zed said, it probably won't fit under the seat without modifying the undertray significantly, and maybe having a new one made out of sheet aluminium or whatever. The new connector will have to clear the swingarm and shock, so will doubtless need some imaginative bends in it, and wil be longer than stock, reducing power at low to mid-range revs.
Plus you'll need a heatshield made up and fitted as well.
Is it worth it, for what is essentially cosmetic (and may end up looking bodged-together anyway)?

Other people on this site have said good things about 'custom chambers' in East Tamaki. Dunno the number, but do a search of the site for contact details.
They might be a good starting point.

I'd stick with the side muffler dude, leave it the way the designers made it. Have you got an aftermarket muffler fitted at present or just stock standard?Originally Posted by Dodge10
Ah, I am going to do said modification to my bike, just need a custom contecting pipe if you have a shortarse can, CC can do them relatively cheap so I would chat to them.
Dunno why but people around here resent bike modifying dont know why.
That underseat exhaust routing cost the manufacturers 100s of thousands of dollars to develop. It isn't simply, "ooo look me fit longer pipe with u-bend."
It actually has a net negative effect on power output as the length of the pipe is really important. Those bends stop efficient gas flow. Why do you think the current king of litre class horsepower, the GSXR1000K5 has a side exhaust? Inlet and exhaust work in concert and changing them will need some significant dyno/fuel mapping work to get it running nicely across the board.
The undertray needs significant heat shielding and you'll toast your arse in summer.
John - why modify a bike to make it slower? Guys like Kevin Cameron, really top class engine tuner with a huge brain and stacks of engineering knowledge said he was stumped as to what he would change about the internals of a GSXR1000K5 engine. There's always stuff you can do to make an engine breathe better. Bigger airbox, free flowing muffler with no catalyst, but the law of diminishing returns kicks in fairly quickly with brand new bikes these days. Better to spend dosh on suspension mods if you want to go faster A to B.
