He was riding in line of traffic and a group of bikes were overtaking dangerously in cassina's opinion. What part did you fail to understand?

On the Christchurch to Akaroa road a big danger is being hit by a motorcyclist overtaking under pressure to keep up. Last weekend I was overtaken by the lead rider in a group and there were 2 bikes following that I could see in my rear view mirror. When the first rider of the 2 overtook me he almost had a head on with his mate allowing a safer gap before overtaking. I was in a line of traffic at the time so was not going too slow for all those on here who think my coments on this issue are nonsense.

Probably the part where 2 people going in the same direction at the same time +/- a few seconds nearly had a head on with other?

Would be vastly different to:

I never said the bikes almost had a head on with each other but it was with a vehicle going the other way that the first rider almost hit. I would have thought all those reading my post would have been bright enough to work that out.

There is nothing wrong with my reading and comprehension skills.
There was a lack clarity in the writing.

So it's just a case of more punctuation needed to clarify the intended meaning of a statement summary or a sentence or indifference for those who can't read a statement summary or a sentence or indifference without taking a breath and not mentally grasping what is actually being stated or summerised within a given sentence?

so anyway.......

the lesson here is surely that riding on a two way public road is not the same as on a racetrack? It actually doesn't matter if you are riding in a group or not, dick moves like this will end badly.
Things go wrong when people make bad decisions, lots of those are made by drivers and riders on their ownsome. I do not know the numbers but thinking about accidents I can remember reading about there are just as many, if not many more riders killed or seriously hurt when they are the only motorcycle on the road at the time.

I am not a grammar hammer but I do find some people's posts need to either ignored or translated. Maybe those people just feel too much pressure to keep up with the posting to properly form a sentence?

Last weekend I was overtaken by the lead rider in a group and there were 2 bikes following that I could see in my rear view mirror. When the first rider of the 2 overtook me he almost had a head on because he was laughing so hard at me being under pressure to keep up, with his mate allowing a safer gap before overtaking, and laughing even harder.I was holding up a line of traffic at the time so was going too slow. All those on here know my comments on this issue are nonsense.
