I have purchased a Honda C50 that is not currently registered anymore.
Can i register this as a moped or does it need to be registered as a Motorbike?

Just go I and ask for the forms to register a moped. If it has been registered, you will need to prove clear title.

Chances are, you'll get a moped plate even if it doesn't actually qualify.

The rules have tightened up on Moped due to too many people registering their motorcycles as moped .
