I've read somewhere that there's been some filtering done in the secret service. Biden was worried enough when he got to the White House that they moved the MAGA Trump loyalists in the service over to Trump's guard. Biden got a fresh lot with no Trump affiliations.
I suspect if he goes to jail, the crew looking after him may have to be watched fairly closely. A run to Russia could be on. And the guard could well help.

Trump was moaning that there would not be a fair jury pool to draw from in his assault of a porn star with a soft 3 inch instrument trial. Yet I saw he had a mega load of 10 magas protesting outside the court house today. That impressive support crowd could just about fill the 12 required juror spots!

what I found rather funny is he just been fined for talking about a court case against a gag order in a case where he tried to pay off a paper to kill stories to prevent multiple people from talking about him....Yet all the while he screams free speech...poor me
