    KB recovery vehicle - Auckland.

This has been well covered off elsewhere but just to refresh memories.
My van sits at my yard/home in Corban Avenue In Henderson Auckland
Im here pretty much 7 days a week
Its used occasionally by me for bike pickup
The van is setup with with 1450mm rear door opening--(big enough for all bikes ),
Comes with tiedowns, tiedown eyes, and a propper loadup ramp.
It is available for KBers to use --Be it to pickup a busted bike or to transport a bike for work.

    RULES
Simple --Check the water and oil BEFORE use.Check water n oil AFTER use.

NOW THIS BIT I NEVER THOUGHT ID NEED TO MENTION--when youve checked the oil --if its low top it up
ALWAYS return it with as much fuel than it had when you took it.
You fuck it you fix it

The latest addition is a 7x4 trailer and a single axle bike trailer to take 2 bikes. They DEFINITELY take a couple of bikes no problems it has tie down points aplently,Lights etc.
Same rules apply --break it-fix it etc etc

If in need of the van/trailer call --0210354615

    Is this for recovery only??

Or could we hire it to go to say the Taupo track??

By the way are you going to the Taupo trackday on the 28th of July??

    theres an idea --
Would people be adverse to paying a rental for track day use?
Basicly as long as Im not using it Im happy for others to.
One advantage over normal rental vans--It knows the way to Taupo well and truely

Hell, members should have a direct credit into your acc. for all the work you do round here.

BTW, How's the bits? You coming right now?

I think its a good idea, seeing you have made it available for use by KBers. I think it'll be nice to assist you with the running cost of the van, even if they are paying for their share of use

Return the van with more gas than it had when you took it.

    Very generous Frosty

My club is slowly saving to buy a recovery trailer with ramp and strops. Hopefully will be available for others to use when we aren't.

    Big thumbs up frosty
