This has been well covered off elsewhere but just to refresh memories.
My racevan sits at my place except to go to race meetings.
The setup is - high roofed Van,tiedowns,tiedown points,and ramp.
It is available for KBers to use --Be it to pickup a busted bike or to transport a bike for work.or even to help shift house
RULES for its use are simple --check the water and oil before use. Return the van with more gasthan it had when you took it.

The latest addition is a 7x4 trailer. It DEFINITELY takes an average bike no problems it has tie down points aplently,Lights etc.
Same rules apply --break it-fix it etc etc

I have a trailer that is good for a sportsbike, has a big plastic container on the front, and has a low tail (designed for carrying jetskis, but I wouldn't advise riding up the trailer like you would on a ski).

Can be used for emergencies, and recoveries, but not for moving house (not really suitable). Reg/WoF'd.

Ok folks the long suffering KB van was geting a wee bit long in the tooth and is now in semi retirement at a dive companies gear van.
BUT--DRUMROLL there is a now a new (er) van available.
This one is a Diesel, Manual Homy 4wd long wheel base. with a towbar.
I dont know myself --darn thing has fripperies like working Aircon/heater,central locking ,electric windows and power steering -and a sound system that works.

New van has been tested to tauranga and back--aparently does a mighty job
