    There are a lot of old farts on this ride so most of the wives are going to have saggy tits. The upside to this however, is the fact all these old farts have daughters that are hopefully 16 years old or more.

    Im keen for a mid week ride, maybe through from westgate through the Waitakere ranges (twisties - no straights) all the way to Titirangi and back?

    Just its a little dangerous with heaps of moss on the ground, middle of the bush and loads of hidden driveways to watch out for

    Im content most nights to start at kumeu, do the riverhead highway, get to the end, turn round and do it again. Nice short but good ride.

    fully... Gixette was the dirtiest she has ever been thanks to a blat down 22 the other night... heap of bugs... but she's back shiny as new today

    Not sure if I will make it this week or not.

    Forearm is so tight it feels like its gonna rip/burst!!
    (doesn't help that its mouse hand too!)
    Need a massage I think... going to adidas sports clinic wednesday morning for shoulder so maybe they'll do forearm too heres hoping
