Yeah well if its pissing down I can't really see the point eh? But if its just the occasional bit of rain/showers I don't mind...

Put it this way, if its bucketing down at 5.30pm then you probably won't see me.

Ive done my ride, I rode with the (SAWNR) south auckland wednesday night ride, Top group or riders, of varying ages and ability i found myself pushing it hard, lost it in a tight left hander trying to change lines, and droped it bugga, the thing was trying to get backup before I got run over.
There were bikes flying by ether side of me, tying to pick the bike up without getting hit was a challenge, and I was going well too.

It not rainning at the mo, but still not keen on wet roads.

    MAYBE-MAYBE-NOT???????????
Why would you ride that long and that gnarly stuff if you don't have to, Its what we do, we love it.

For fucks sakes people, you're all crashing like it's going out of fashion.

There is no trophy at the end of the road.

Ah well, the rest of us hardcore riders explored the back roads of Te Kauwhata — some nice lil' twisties out there. Roads were mostly dry too. Didn't even come across any rain (until the motorway on the way home). How was the rest of your ride, OG? Get back in amongst it?

Haha yes you are right, just baiting to see who would bite, left out the important bit. I was riding the dirt digger at Ardmore MX track, would be a give-a-way if I had of said that. I do try NOT to come off though.

My comment was not directed specifically at Oldguy. Unless you have not noticed the growing number of road bikes hitting the ground lately, Caseye? 250's, then a couple of cruisers, then another sportsbike, although admittedly it was only a Yamaha.

I've been less keen to come on these rides lately - I've been taken out by over-confident and under-skilled riders in the past, and am not keen to have that experience repeated.
