Totally agree, but if you want to feel safe and keep your speed go. Just wear sun resist glass :v

You've posted that link 3 times in the first post, and once more in your second. Keep that up and I'm going to start thinking you're a spammer looking for clicks.

If you had your resist glass on you would be able to safe go.

I have been blinded by sun so I couldn't see at all once, I slowed down to slow running pace fairly quickly.
I was riding through fog on a 100km road, visor was misted, just as I got to a corner the fog broke and I was staring straight into the sun. I think I nearly hit a ride on lawn mower that was working on the side of the road, but that was certainly a scary incident, lucky for me it seems I was able to stay on the road in my lane.

Did he actually hit his brakes to slow down at all?

Seemed to have plenty of time to stop

I found this one on a forum for people with motorcycle dashcams. This guy had sent the video ion thanking his dashcam for proving him right.

I personally think it proves him wrong.

    Your thoughts?

There seems to be a requirement here for a defensive drining course

My thoughts are: Sun in your eyes, car in front hits brakes and slows down, should be a big enough warning to slow down and not run into him.

so he was accelerating in anticipation of passing the red car as said car was approaching a side street and got a scare and "had to lay the bike down dude"?

I am thinking its odd the Australian chap had time to flip up his visor yet couldn't get stopped in time.

The chap behind the boat with the depth charge launcher was doing ok until he fixated on the hazard, which was not that far into his emerging situation.

Having done that myself and ended up depositing the bike upside down in a ditch while I went for a leisurely bounce down the road I have a certain degree of empathy for fixating. I try not to fixate on my fixation now.

I saw brake lights on that car while he was still accelerating for one. That crash was purely his own fault.
