Remember we discussed the bad service at Twin City last weekend. Well they have changed names. I assume owners.

We had a bike to pickup today so I got my brother to pick it up this morning. Get this they couldn't accept our normal payment method. He had to pay with his credit card. So I have staff paying our bills now. Better get it sorted you guys or there will be no business left.

By the way it is called Five star Suzuki or somthin similar.
So you reckon the service isnt 5 star?
Was not fussed with twin city when they put tyres on the wrong way. Was not fussed with them when i could get tyres couried down from Auckland $180.00 cheaper than they wanted to sell tyres.

That explains alot.....thought the hassle I was having trying to buy a new bike was weird to say the least. Still go by my original statement that the dealings I have had with Lee of the Parts Dept were first rate...most obliging chap. He even tracked me down and rang me at home one night to tell me the gear I had ordered was no longer available through their normal sources but he had managed to get us a similar product elsewhere at a cheaper price. Can only hope the new owners get their act together.....sounds like that wont be too easy. Cheers W

I've learned... that to ignore the facts does not change the facts

Do you seriously expect me to believe that these politicians would implement policy based on nothing more than bullshit......

Yep Lee is really good. He is in contact with Speights_Bud over a tyre that I ordered 4 weeks ago. He seems to be on to it.
Hope the rest of them get it sorted.

Hahah That happened to me when I got this bike from Whitlock Suzuki in Wanganui. Along with a few other problem the rear was put on the wrong way.

I have put them on the wrong way myself on my bike and Speights_buds bike.

Never passed the point of blowing them up but had to take it off and turn it round.
